Appointed to the board during 2008/09, Rahal Gunaratne has 20 years of legal experience in patent, trade marks, negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, assisting in facilitating approval procedures, drafting legal documentation, notarial work and company secretarial related work. Presently, he is a Partner of a leading Law Firm in Sri Lanka with extensive experience in all forms of legal matters. Furthermore, he is an advisor to the Board of Directors and the Management of numerous large corporations in the country in relation to Business / Legal Consultancy. He is a Solicitor of the United Kingdom, Attorney – at – Law and a Notary Public.
